The Dog and the Shadow

Once upon a time, there was a Dog.He had meat in his mouth.He was going home to eat it.On the way, there was water.A piece of wood was over the water.The Dog had to walk on it to cross the water.

As the Dog walked, he saw something in the water.It was his shadow.But the Dog thought it was another dog.He thought that dog had meat too.He wanted both meats.

He barked at the shadow in the water.Oh no!His meat fell down into the water.It was gone.The Dog was sad.He had no meat now.

The story tells us not to lose what we have.Sometimes we want more and lose everything.
